Extended Christmas returns policy
Our extended Christmas returns policy is valid from 1st December 2018. This means Items bought between now & 24th December 2018 can be returned or exchanged until 13th Jan 2019. Normal exclusions apply.
Items sent back for return or exchange must be in original condition, not worn, altered, saleable and should be returned with all original documents you must pay for any return shipping expense.
If you receive an item with a defect, or the wrong item, we’ll be happy to repair it, replace it or issue full refund of your payment including shipping and handling costs.
