Please allow 2-3 business days for the order to be processed and dispatched. A shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number will be sent out after shipment has been dispatched. It is the customer's responsibility to use the tracking number provided to track their order's delivery status. We are not responsible for keeping track and updating each customer on their order's delivery status. If you want to return your purchase, please email us sales@besttohave.com  for return instructions.

 

Refund/Exchanges
If you would like to return any of your items, please contact us at sales@besttohave.com before sending your items back.

We are currently not able to offer exchanges unless the item is faulty. If you'd like a different colour or size, then the best thing to do is to return your unwanted item(s) to us for a refund and place a new order. 

If you receive an item with a defect or the wrong item, we’ll be happy to repair it, replace it or issue a full refund of your payment including shipping and handling costs. If you want to return your purchase for a refund please email us to sales@besttohave.com  for return instructions.


Return /Cancellation Policy For All Our Items 
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. That's why all products sold by BestToHave.com come with a '' 30 Days return policy''. If you're not satisfied, or find any mistake you must contact us as soon as possible for return instructions, and you must return the item within 30 days. 

Items sent back for return or exchange must be in original condition, not worn, altered, saleable and should be returned with all original documents you must pay for any return shipping expense. Refunds will be processed via PayPal only.

Please make sure you securely wrap the item you are returning, as we cannot take responsibility for any damage to the item whilst it is in transit.

The return postage cost is the responsibility of the buyer and as stated above we are unable to take responsibility for the items whilst in transit, so we recommend using a secure and tracked postage service as well as keeping a proof of postage. We are unable to authorize any refund/exchange until we have received the returned item in its original condition and will not take responsibility for any items that are lost, stolen or damaged in the post so please take care to cover yourself.

Once we have received the item the refund will be processed within 14 days and the money refunded to the original payment source, i.e the debit/ credit card or Paypal used for the purchase.

If you receive an item with a defect or the wrong item, we’ll be happy to repair it, replace it or issue a full refund of your payment including shipping and handling costs.

You have the right to cancel your order at any time within 14 days after you receive your items. Certain exceptions to this cancellation right apply, they are set out below.

 

Return Address:
Please make sure your items are securely wrapped and send your return to following address. The cost of returning the goods to Besttohave is the customer's responsibility, unless the goods are damaged, faulty or incorrect.

After sending your parcel back and you have not been contacted by us within 7 – 10 business days, please kindly contact us on email on sales@besttohave.com in order for us to further investigate.

 

EXCLUSIONS:
Earrings & Pierced Jewellery
In the interest of hygiene and for the protection of all our customers, earrings and pierced jewelry are excluded from our exchange and refund policy. The exclusion arises from a Health and Safety perspective and is an international recommendation to prevent the spread of infections and disease. This exclusion is in the interest of and for the protection of all our customers.

Personalized Jewellery
We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on personalized jewellery orders.

Back Orders 
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

 

Do I have to pay to return an item? 
Yes, you are responsible for the cost of your return unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect in which case we will reimburse your postage costs (up to £3.99)

 

How much money will be refunded to me?
If you are returning all items in your order, Besttohave Ltd will also refund the cost of the initial delivery to you, but only up to the cost of the standard delivery charge. We will not refund any Next Day, Express delivery charge. If you are not returning all the items in your order, the initial delivery cost will not be returned to you. 

We will refund you using the same payment method originally used by you to make the payment. Return process takes 7-10 working days, however we do appreciate your patience during this process.

You will be refunded back to your original payment method,if your payment came from your card, it will go back to your original card. It normally takes several working days  to appear on your statement.This time scale can vary depending on your card issuer.
