If you're not satisfied, or find any mistake you must contact us at within 7 days for return instructions, and you must return the item within 30 days. We will try to fix the problem else we will refund your money. Shipping and handling charges paid initially will be deducted from the purchase price, unless the return is due to our error.
If you receive an item with a defect, or the wrong item, we’ll be happy to repair it, replace it or issue full refund of your payment including shipping and handling costs.
Items sent back for return or exchange must be in original condition, not worn, altered and should be returned with all original documents you must pay for any return shipping expense. Refunds will be processed via PayPal only.
Refund process may take 5-10 days to Complete. Shipping and handling charges paid initially will be deducted from the purchase price
What amount will I be refunded?
Delivery charges are non refundable (Postage is only refunded in the unlikely circumstance that your items were faulty or incorrect on delivery or if all items in the order are returned in these cases, we will refund the original delivery charge) so you will be refunded the full value of the items returned less the delivery charge. The cost of returning the item(s) is customer responsibility, therefore we strongly recommend that you send the parcel by recorded delivery and keep a copy of the recorded delivery number just in case your parcel goes missing. We are not responsible for items lost by the delivery services in the returns process.

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
In the unlikely event if the item you received is faulty, you must notify us by email email@example.com explaining the problem with the item, and return the item to the returns address within 7 days. Please note we inspect all returns for faults. If an item is found not to be faulty, delivery will not be refunded. Refunds will ONLY be given for damaged goods where no replacement product can be supplied. Damage due to normal wear and tear, misuse, alteration to the product, or negligence is not covered under our returns policy and refund will not be given.

Regrettably mistakes can happen. If you think you have been refunded the wrong amount please contact us quoting your order number and the required refund amount. In order for us to deal with your query you must contact us within 14 working days of receiving your refund.
In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your order. Order cancellations must be made in writing to Customer Services quoting your order number. In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. The cost of returning the item(s) is customer responsibility.You should return products to us in their original packaging, wherever possible, as soon as possible after informing us of your wish to cancel. If you return products to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage.
